Combined Insurance has Sales Manager Trainee positions available.

We hire with an eye to excellence and we train with an emphasis on supplying you with a complete system of skills to help you move in the direction you want. Advancements into management are based on merit and performance, which means that the right person can advance through management in as little as 6 months!

Responsibilities include sale and service of existing accounts, and development of new business.

Opportunity offers:

- Company trainig in classroom(3 weeks) and on the job(7 weeks)
-Performance based compensation and advancement opportunities
-First full year earning potential of 40-50K
-Base income for service of existing accounts plus income generated on new sales
-Limited travel

The ideal candidate must:

-Have a successful past work history
-Be goal oriented
-Have a burning desire to succeed and a positive attitude
- Be bondable
- Have a valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle available for full time use
